What was the interview process like for this position?
I first interviewed with the recruitment company and was then put through to an interview with someone from Carnival Cruise Lines.
Can you remember any of the questions they asked you? If so, what were they?
The interviews with the two recruitment companies were more grueling than the interview with the representative from Carnival. I remember being asked what I understood the job to entail. I also remember being given a problem and asked how I would solve it if I found myself in that position.
What kinds of answers do you think the interviewers are looking to hear from a successful candidate?
