We are responsible for all crew recruitment for Africa for the above mentioned cruise lines.cruise ship leaving port photo

What is your role in the staffing process?

We are responsible for talent sourcing, screening, interviews, and new hire assistance.

What types of jobs do you recruit for?

We recruit for all departments and all roles, but we can only send crew who are from Africa. You will need to find your local country recruiter if you are not. Always check the cruise websites for approved hiring partners and be very careful of scammers. If they are not listed on the cruise lines website they are most likely fake.

Are some types of jobs more difficult to fill than others?

We always need chefs.

Do you only work with candidates who are of a certain nationality or living in certain geographic areas?

Yes, only from South Africa and North Africa.

Do you charge a fee to your clients (job seekers)?

No, very few cruise lines allow this. If your agency charges you be careful, as most cruise lines do not allow this and they will possibly be trying to scam you.

What services do you offer the people who apply through your company?

We act on behalf of the cruise lines to conduct screening and helping them get processed and onto the ship.

Are there any common traits people should have in order to get hired, and then to succeed in the cruise industry?

You need to be hard working, eager, and friendly.

What are the typical terms of employment offered?

This varies by position and company. Expect to work six months on for most cruise lines 7 days a week.
