AV Coordinators

Producing top quality shows on a cruise ship requires state of the art sound and visual equipment, and having a well-qualified Audio Visual Coordinator to run it. Cruise ships frequently provide shows that earn Emmys, Tonys, Grammys and Oscars, and they often need highly qualified people who can help them continue to earn these awards and provide the best shows.

The Audio Visual Coordinator is responsible for managing the special sound and light equipment on the ship. This also means, of course, that they are always expected to be there when needed. Their tasks include:

  • Setting up and storing the equipment.
  • Overseeing the various presentations to ensure the best quality.
  • Running the equipment for special shows, bands, special presentations, rehearsals, staff meetings, and games, too.
