I am married and have one child. I have lived in Aspen for 23 years. I enjoy cooking, skiing, running, golf, & tennis.
What related experience did you have prior to being hired for your first Concierge position?
The most important experience I had was my knowledge of the town of Aspen. It is very important to be familiar with the surrounding businesses, restaurants and activities available in town.

Where did you first learn about the Concierge position?
My fellow coworker at a previous hotel started working at Hotel Jerome and she recruited me once a position became available.
What were the job requirements for the Concierge position?
A concierge must be able to multitask, stay cool under pressure and appease difficult and demanding guests. Computer and phones skills are essential as well as knowledge of what the town has to offer.
What experience did you have that made you a good fit for the Concierge position?
I had extensive background in the service industry from catering and waiting tables. I knew how to provide excellent service to our guest.
