Qualified personal are needed, from the Spa Manager position on down, to provide the ideal spa experience for cruise passengers.

Those who work in a spa on board will often need to promote their own business by talking to passengers, since they often work on a base pay with commission basis. You will need to have some experience and also hold certifications based on where you are from. Spa mangers are usually promoted from within the ranks. Being able to speak good English is a must.
