CruiseJobFinder Membership Cancellation

When you would like to cancel your membership to CruiseJobFinder, we make it very easy to cancel your membership online.

Cancellations must be done through the following links based on the method of payment you used:

Credit Card

Click <<Cancel My Membership>> if you paid by credit card.

*Please note, you only need to fill in three out of the four fields. Also note, Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive. If you enter in your username and password, you do not need to enter in any additional infomation.

Your information needs to match exactly what you typed in when you signed up for your membership, so fill in the three fields you are most sure about.

Online Check

Click <<Cancel My Membership>> if you paid by online check.

*Please note, you only need to fill in three out of the four fields. Also note, Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive. Where it asked for "Card Number" you should type in your bank account number.

If you enter in your username and password, you do not need to fill in any other fields.

Your information needs to match exactly what you typed in when you signed up for your membership, so fill in the three fields you are most sure about./p>

After you cancel your membership, you can continue to use your membership until it expires.

We do not refund unused portions of memberships.

Having Problems Canceling?

We prefer people to cancel their membership online through the links above as our cancellation system will give you immediate conformation that your membership has been cancelled. It will also send you a confirmation email for your records.

If for some reason you are having problems canceling your membership through the links above, you can give us a call at (877) 321-8766 ext. 87. If all representatives are busy, you will automatically be put into our automated cancellation system. You will need to leave your first and last name (please spell your last name), your phone number and your login name (if you know it). We will consider your membership cancelled from the time you call and leave us this information. If you would like a confirmation email, please also leave your email address (make sure to speak slowly and spell out your whole email address).

*Please do not send a membership cancellation request by email. We want to give you the quickest and best service and unfortunately email doesn't always to get to the right person in a timely manner. This can be due to a number of factors, including emails getting caught up in the sender's email outbox, emails getting temporarily caught up in SPAM filter, etc. We love email for a lot of things, but for cancels we require you to use the cancel links above or call the toll free number listed above. This allows us to guarantee that we will cancel your membership when you want it canceled and provide you the best customer service.
